Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all plan features during the trial.
What counts as an agent?
An agent is anyone who can view, respond to, or manage tickets in the Osewa dashboard. Customers using the self-service portal are not counted as agents.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is there a per-resolution fee for AI?
No. AI resolution is included in your plan. There are no per-ticket or per-resolution surcharges. Professional gets draft mode, Enterprise gets full auto-respond.
What about data residency?
Enterprise plans include data residency options. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for all plans at a 20% discount. Enterprise plans are annual by default.
